Minnie, born on April 14th, 2011, was surrendered to NCGL when her owners they felt they couldn’t spend enough time with her. Minnie was originally out of Birmingham, Alabama and came to Canada with her owners from Tennessee.
Minnie, a dark brindle, is a sweet and shy, cat safe girl looking for a quiet home with no children. She finds new and busy situations to be a bit overwhelming and would prefer a nice quiet life with another dog and family to love her.
Minnie will be checked out by our vets, her vaccines updated and her health assessed. She will be dog tested once she has settled into her new surroundings. Minnie will need a dental and all of her vaccinations brought up to date before she’s available for adoption.
Update June 14, 2017
Minnie is scheduled for her dental surgery on Saturday June 17th and will be available for adoption thereafter.
Update 2017-09-18
Minnie had her dental done. Further testing has found that she’s not good with most cats and can be somewhat picky with other dogs.
NCGL is working really hard to place her locally (in Alberta) as Minnie has had a few issues in homes she’s tried. We will keep her close to her current foster in case something goes wrong and she needs to go back to foster.
