He is really a pussy cat in disguise. Tiger is a gorgeous and sensitive lad from Ireland. Currently in Foster care – and waiting his neuter and vetting. His foster mom has already fallen for him, so most likely he will be staying put – but please give him a warm NCGL welcome.
