Wilbur was adopted from NCGL in September 2018 and filled our hearts and our home with an amazing sense of energy and calm all at the same time.  He was the best big brother to his Finnegan and our home will forever miss him.  In the four short years we had him, he was quite simply THE BEST DOG ever…

Wilbur is red fawn born on February 19, 2016. He is a friendly, happy guy. He has a lot of energy at times, but he does try to please. He crates well and is used to getting a treat when he goes into his crate.

At the time of his neuter, Wilbur had one testicle retained in his abdomen. It was successfully removed, but required a second incision.

Wilbur did well in cat testing, but has never lived with a cat. use a muzzle initially and closely monitor all interactions.

Wilbur did well with the other Greyhounds and responded well when meeting Jack Russell Terriers, but caution should always be exercised with smaller animals, especially outdoors.
