Arriving as RC, our new boy is now Mr. Darcy. Darcy is a Lower Mainland dog surrendered to us and is now in foster in Victoria. He is about two ½ years old. He is a very affectionate boy who loves cuddles. Walks well and has his inside manners figured out.
Darcy can be a bit of a counter surfer as he is tall enough to easily see what is there. He knows he should not be in the kitchen but will sneak in at times if no one is around. Just a “no” and he is out. His foster reports that he learns quickly and responds to commands.
He went from a Clingwrap dog, following his foster around the house to comfortable on his bed by himself after just a few days.
Darcy should not be in a home with cats and small dogs but is gentle and patient with children.
He is on medical hold right now as we get his vet checks and neutering done.
